we get all our greens from shrub and flourish suppliers, who grown amazing type of greens through the year. in wintertime is mostly cauliflower, chards, kale, broccoli.

very varied selection of greens that changes twice a week. they get trimmed up, all cooked separately by blanching them in salty water and then refreshing them in ice.

to order, we cook them in the oven & season them with salt, olive oil & lemon juice
