kale salad

we get all different kale [cavolo nero, green kale, red kale, etc] from shrub and flourish farm suppliers.

it is chopped up in little chunks and kept raw; we add chilli flakes, pecorino romano cheese, toasted sesame seeds, salt, pepper & lemon juice. we also add a dressing made with olive oil, dijon mustard and garlic.
